Basic Lost Pet Consultation

$20 Dogs, $30 Indoor-only Cats, $40 Outdoor-access Cats

This is a 20-60 minute phone consultation with additional materials emailed as follow-up. You will receive an in-depth analysis of your case and a prioritized plan of action on how to best search for your lost pet. For this consultation, you will be asked to complete and submit a Lost Cat Questionnaire or Lost Dog Questionnaire. This will be used to determine the following:

• your pet’s behavior profile and history
• the circumstances involved in your pet’s disappearance
• the location and environment in which your pet became lost

I will then analyze this information along with satellite imagery of the location where your pet became lost in order to determine what most likely happened to your pet and create a personalized search strategy.

Depending on your situation, additional materials may be emailed as follow-up such as:

• poster templates and instructions

• humane trapping guidelines and instructions

• surveillance camera and/or feeding station instructions

You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions to address particular concerns.  The Basic Consultation includes one free follow-up question via email or a short phone call.  If you find you need more support, Additional Consultation Support is available for $40 or you may choose to upgrade to the Comprehensive Lost Pet Consultation.

Additional Consultation Support – $40

Many lost pet searches can last several weeks or more, especially those for lost cats and skittish lost dogs. If you start with the Basic Lost Pet Consultation and find that you would like additional support in your search, you can either upgrade to the Comprehensive Lost Pet Consultation or purchase Additional Consultation Support. For $40, you will receive four additional email responses or two phone calls as follow-up. These will expire within one month if not used.

 

Comprehensive Lost Pet Consultation – $110 dogs & $150 cats

This includes everything in the Basic Lost Pet Consultation, plus you will receive:

• a written summary of the steps to take in your search
• assistance with the design of your posters, flyers or business cards
• maps showing the most important areas to search and put up posters
• a free copy of the Lost Dog Recovery Guide or Lost Cat Recovery Guide
• a list of local shelter and rescue groups in your area to contact
• up to one month of additional phone and email support at no charge

The comprehensive lost pet consultation is required if you would like to also request an on-site physical search or rent equipment.
