All of my on-site services require an initial Lost Pet Consultation.

On-Site Physical Search – $20.00/hour + mileage*

This service requires a Comprehensive Lost Pet Consultation and involves a thorough search of the area that your pet was last seen. It is generally only offered for lost cats, since they are often found within a 1-5 house radius of where they were lost. My search dog is still in training and can only be used on a limited basis. Physical searches require a minimum of one hour and generally last 2-4 hours. Very few cats are found on the first day of searching, and an important part of this service is training you how to effectively search for your lost cat. If your cat is not found during the initial search, some follow up options may include setting up a feeding station and surveillance equipment and/or a humane trap.

Available – Primarily available in the greater Springfield/Northampton area, but travel up to 100 miles from South Hadley, MA (01075) , may be available depending on availability. I do work a part-time day job, so I am generally only available to travel far distances Friday – Sunday and Wednesday.

Equipment Rental

These services are generally used for the recovery of escaped indoor-only cats or displaced outdoor-access cats as well as very skittish dogs. Surveillance cameras (i.e., game or trail cameras) may be used along with a food station or trap to determine if your lost pet is in the area.  Use of these services  generally requires a Comprehensive Lost Pet Consultation and may incur mileage* fees.

Rental of Surveillance Cameras

• $20 for the set-up of each camera and the first week of rental is free
• $10/wk per camera regular rental

Rental of Humane Traps

• Both dog and cat-sized traps are available
• Drop traps and enclosure traps are also available for an additional fee
• $20 for the set-up of each trap and the first week of rental is free
• $10/wk per trap regular rental

Rental of Trap Alarms

• Placing an alarm on a trap allows you to be notified as soon as an animal is caught.  This can significantly increase your success of trapping your lost pet.
• $5 for installation of each trap alarm and first week of rental is free
• $2.50/wk per alarm regular rental

Rental of equipment does require signing an agreement that you will replace the cost of the equipment if it is damaged or stolen.
